1. The laser cutting machine principle:

The fiber laser cutting machine compared with the traditional laser cutting using a single circular laser beam, the new cutting process uses a complex laser beam shape. The unique focusing characteristics of high-power single-mode fiber lasers are used to generate complex beam shapes and make it possible to separate a portion of the overall laser energy in order to create a "keyhole" for laser welding or laser cutting applications. 2. The fiber laser cutting machine features:

b).The laser only needs electrical energy during operation, and does not require additional gas for laser generation, with the lowest operating and maintenance costs;

c). The fiber laser adopts semiconductor mould and redundant design. There is no optical lens in the resonant cavity, which does not require startup time. It has the advantages of no adjustment, maintenance, and high stability. It reduces the cost of accessories and maintenance time, which is traditional. Incomparable by laser;

d). The output wavelength of the fiber laser is 1.064 microns, which is 1/10 of the CO2 wavelength. The output beam has good quality and high power density, which is very conducive to the absorption of metal materials, and has excellent cutting and welding capabilities, thereby making the processing cost lowest;

e). The optical transmission of the whole machine is through optical fiber, and does not require complex light guide systems such as reflecting mirrors. The optical path is simple, the structure is stable, and the external optical path is maintenance-free;
